if you are using iOS please make sure you are using 6.0.40.1 because before that version the iOS clients would double the image size on the when sending it to the server:

We got a scenario to captur emultiple characteristics through MIC during inprocess inspection type 03. Basically we want to avoid creating multiple MIC's for single inspection.
I have tried to link MIC and class characteristic with batch class type 023 along with material specification based on some other posts. But didn't get the expected result. Appreciate your inputs on this.

You are right on LR_JP to be linked to customs code list instead of ACE and I do achieve that if I were to maintain the Custom code list by maintaining the assignment for EAR in a separate test.

On this document, if you look at page# 14 thru 17, it has the steps I described in my original note with customs code still appearing in the drop down for 'EXCPT' for EAR.
Nevertheless, I wanted to default Type = C50 when the license type for the line on the Customs declaration is 'EXCPT' but if you see the very last screen-shot below, even though the license type configuration has default value as 'C50' it did not get pulled into the line item Documents tab when I tried to pick the category as 'CUII'.
Let me know your thoughts on defaulting the data into Customs declaration for AES filing.

I am creating a decision table with update values from the HANA Academy Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XuSp0m3fwFI
I've added the shipper ID and Discount as the attributes and set Shipper ID as Condition and Discount as Action and then saved it.
Now as per the video (At length 6:25 in the video) I should see a Decision Table tab with 2 columns ShipperID and Discount after setting 1 condition and 1 attribute. But I don't see any such tab created and any columns for ShipperID and Discount.
All I see is the Scenario pane, Details pane and the OUtput pane and 1 decision table tab "STS_DECISION_TABLE_UPDATE" that I created.
I validated the decision table and I get the following error message:

In PI 7.31, My scenario : SOAP sender Asynch-> PI -> HTTP Receiver Sync ->take response to call another webservice (SOAP)
I have configured request response bean and response one way bean in the sender adapter to make this work.
Attached the screenshot of the module config in the sender soap adapter. The final response from HTTP has to be used to call another webservice (not sender webservice)
This giving an error "couldn't retrieve binding values for sender to receiver etc etc ----------"
Has anyone configured response one way bean to call a webservice to submit? If so, please share the configuration details. And let me know if I am doing anything wrong

Apart from what Samuli is suggesting, you can also try the following.
In the portal content administration work space you need to specify the name of the application configuration to which you have assigned your component configuration.
It could be that the application you are trying to run in portal is linked to other application configuration which uses the other component configuration.
