I had the same error (RFC server threads in DOWN state) and it was because the gateway port was wrong. I corrected it and made the restart of SLD and it works after that.

This formula is pretty confusing because I can't decipher which fields relate to what. I think though you may be overthinking the formula.
It looks like you are evaluating each month of the year individually. Instead of using nested IFs, have each month as a separate statement. Better yet, use a case statement like:
{PARTINV.IEQOH#} <> 0.00 And
Select {?Month}
Case 1: (({SUMPRT.IQA01} =0 and {SUMPRT.IQYER#} = {?Year})
and ({SUMPRT.IQA12} =0 and {SUMPRT.IQYER#} = {?Year}-1))
Case 2: ({SUMPRT.IQA01} =0 and {SUMPRT.IQA02} =0 )
and {SUMPRT.IQYER#} = {?Year}
Default: etc...;
Separating the months into a Case or independant IF should get you your results.

by the way do not get confused by "higher version". That does not refer to higher version as release or SP. It is a different kind of version number. Simply proceed as the note describes.

Read file 1 from Server 1 using sender file Communication channel and read 2nd filename and directory details and pass these values to UDF/Java mapping to log in to server 2 and retrieve the data/file2 ?

We don't have any templates in our client so i had to create a template (CUS_SAP_SM.XLS).
Both (1771260 & 548409) SAP note really worked.
Below are the steps I took for reference.
1. TCode SE38
Program: BCALV_BDS_MAINTENANCE then I exec.
2. On the template maintenance select Import templates and execute.
3. that will import the file in the system.
4. I ran the report and it was solved.
This issue is closed.

Recently, i built a Netweaver 7.31 portal so that i could take a look at the single-sign-on (SSO) and the new "portal on device" functionality.
I got the SSO working with our shibboleth infrastructure and am much pleased about that.
However, with "portal on device", i am stumped. I can't find the "Every User Mobile Role" which is supposed to be included.
I have searched for it under User Management and under Content Administration (Portal Content -> Portal Users -> Standard Portal Users).
All i see is "Every User Core Role" and "Standard User Role". Where is the mobile role????
Did I miss something in the Install?
I would really like some peace-of-mind on this!

Instruction keys you can maintain in Vendor/Customer Master Record, general data section, and your question how we can accommodate by company code:
1. You can maintain Instruction Key in House Bank Master data, under Data Medium Exchange tab, T.Code FI12, which is company Code specific, in this way you can maintained company code wise different instruction keys. If the instruction key is not maintained in vendor/customer master data, then the default instruction key defined for the house bank is used.
2. You can also enter Instruction key at document level, in vendor/customer line item or it can be overwritten

Maybe that is happening because you're removing elements from an object (collection_wrapper) inside your loop.
Can you try to create an collection wrapper copy by using GET_COPY method, and then use and loop the iterator on your copied object, and remove the unwanted entities on your main object?

In SLD -- Technical Systems -- PI the same ppi.ora-lh does not have domain associated I did what note explains but no luck.

I'm VERY confused about JDBC installation and use. I've been using SQLAnywhere with Windows for number of years now, but I have always used ODBC. I would like to work with Java tools and I would like to understand about JDBC installation and configuration. I've tried, but I am totally confused.
How do I install the JDBC driver on a client's machine? Is there something like the ODBC administrator but for JDBC? How does a program like iReport - for example - knows which JDBC drivers are installed?

I am converting transaction history from another ERP to SBO 9.0 PL7.
I have come across a stock adjustment transaction type that can change either/both cost or quantity for a particular stock item.
In the SBO client I can see that Inventory->Inventory Transactions->Inventory Revaluation allows changing the cost for a particular item/warehouse (and revalues all the inventory in that warehouse accordingly).
Is there a way to change just the quantity via the client?
Can the following code snippet from Stock Revaluation By SDK be used to alter both cost & quantity?

An easier solution will be to store attachment in externalfile system/db and send the path/url to BPM which will extract the excel file based on path/url.
