You can USe Customer group or Property to separate these customer and have a eye on it

 

It may be useful to classify your business partners according to groups, for example, according to the sector or size of your customer. Vendors can be grouped according to their business areas or the business transactions achieved with them.

You can assign a business partner to only one group. You can use the groups to:

  • Format reports and evaluations
  • Sort data and make selections, such as evaluating your sales figures for each sector

You assign a group when you process the master data of a business partner.

If one field in the master record is not sufficient to map the properties you require, you can also use the properties of the business partners (see Defining Business Partner Properties) and the user fields, which can be defined individually.

  1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose  Administration Setup Business Partners Customer Groups (or Vendor Groups) .

    The cursor appears in the first empty row in the window.

  2. Enter a descriptive name for the group and choose Update.

    To change the name of a group, overwrite the current entry and choose Update.

  3. After making all your entries, choose OK.

When you process a master record, you select the group from a dropdown list. Therefore, it is convenient to have the groups you use most frequently at the beginning of the list. Unless you specify a particular group, the master record is assigned automatically to the first entry in the list.

To remove a business partner group, select the relevant row and from the menu bar choose  Data Remove Update.

hi,

 

In Intercompany pricing procedure which condition type you are using for net value, please maintain 6 (Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI6) in subtotal field for that condition type. Also assign Account key & GL for accounting document generate.

Go to T-code: VTFL (Delivery to bill copying control) here in header level maintain Copying requirements =0and in item level maintain for NLN Billing quantity =B& Pricing type =B& Pos./neg. quantity =

 

Then complete billing or invoice and Go to SE16 find the net value for intercompany billing.

Hi Jansi,

 

I am running "automatic calculation" in mopz only. All my components are up to date as of EHP6 ERP 6 concern. You can see the source release and patch level.

 

Now I am only planning to upgrade EA-HR to 606 to 607. Their multiple dependencies that's why I choose to be go with mopz. But when I see the target stack file I can see some patch level, it showing 0000 e.g. BASIS, ABAP, SAP_APPL ECC-DIMP etc. but the target has its higher version.

 

I am speculating as there is no change going to happen these components that's why its showing 0000 and those components which are going to upgrade is reflecting the patches release and levels in the target.

 

Please share your thoughts in this regard..

hi,

 

as per the vemuri santosh , check 1st in material master , profit center filled or not , if it is not filled then we have to debugging ,

 

through debugging we can fill forcly in invoice itself

 

with the help of : vbrp-mrctr

Hi Peter,

 

yes, this is not a problem. The issue is in the line items of the outline agreements.

 

I have created a product error message in SAP support and they insist it is the standard behavior, so I will have to look for a user-exit in order to calculate the net price according to the scale.

Hi Iwan,

 

As per your screen shot i understand .

 

for your fiscal year varient selectead Year dependent check box .

 

If you select this check box we need to maintain evary year FY for company code..

 

Other wise you deselect this check box this error will not show...

 

Do the above settings if you raise any issue pls update..

Hi Pankaj,

 

If you are implementing EREC in a stand alone scenario, you can check the values in T5UA0 which determines the "Logical System for RFC connection with ERecruiting". If this is not maintained correctly, there is a possibility that the Values from EREC system will not be read properly in the MSS requisition form.

Check weather 12th  line item G/l Account map with any profit center or not with various deravation rules..

 

-->Service tax is nothig but a balance sheet item, so check in FAGL3KEH or 3KEH.

 

may be it will use ful to you..

Hi Neethu,

 

I am assuming Date1 should be updated with Update Date value whenever the value of Price1 changes.I am calling temporary field for Price1 as TempPrice1.

 

Now 2 assignments to run in the WF -

 

1.Use a assignment  for field Date1 as -

 

If(TempPrice1 = Price1,Date1,Update Date)

 

2.Use assignment for Price1 -

 

If(TempPrice1<> Price1,TempPrice1)

 

Run assignment 2 before and assignment 1 post that.

 

However there is small area of concern here.If other fields get updated because of portal or any other update Update Date will change and can lead to wrong data in Date1.To overcome that one will have to create a field Price1_UpdateDate (say) and add that in place of Update Date in the above assignment.Also take precaution giving rights to users so that no one updated TempPrice accept for user importing data.

Ideally it should get copied to PO if you are creating new PO.

 

Recommendation would be to raise OSS message to report this abnormal behavior.

2.If PO is not available then its the problem while creating the PO.
