The only error message comes in SM58 stating that

Hi All,

 

Need your help with a small question.

 

Is HANA required in my landscape if I want to share Lumira 1.17 visualizations on BI Platform?

 

As far as I know, HANA is required only when

1. I want to create some visualization on the data which is residing in HANA

2. I want to share visualizations on Lumira Server

 

Please confirm.

Hi -

 

The FM BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_CHECK is used to check whether a posting to accounting is possible. After calling this function module check the table parameter 'RETURN' of this function module if you have any error (RETURN-TYPE = 'E'). If there is no such message then the FM : BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST can be called to post accounting document.

 

Check the 2nd step as mentioned by you is using the FM : BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST or not .

 

Also check for the documention in SE37 for the above two FM for more information.

Hi,

As needed,Keep selecting delivery cost(B)in condition category in control data 1 TAB and select accrual flag in control data 2 for  condition type "XXXX" in t.code: M/06.

 

In  t.code:M/08, keep an account key* in Accrual column in your STO MM pricing procedure/calculation schema  for condition type "XXXX".

 

Assign a separate G/L account to that account key* in t.code:OBYC.

 

Do all related transaction for STO with goods receipt& invoice receipt- find how separate G/L account triggered for your delivery cost with value available in condition type "XXXX"

Hi All,

 

I get the below error when i load my xsjs file in browser,

 

Error while executing query: [dberror(PreparedStatement.executeQuery): 2048 - column store error: column store error: [2950] user is not authorized : at ptime/session/dist/RemoteQueryExecution.cc:1354]

 

I am able to execute the same query in  HANA SQL editor

 

Please note that ,No Analytical privileges are applied to the view.

 

Could you please help solving this issue.

Yes. Any and all publishing of Lumira datasets and stories to BI 4 require Lumira Server which requires HANA.

Hi Raymond,

 

Thanks for the reply,

 

Before upgrade the index was there in QAS and dev also.

But after upgrade it was not there in dev system but it was there in QAS.

So in order to move the index to production we tried creating the index again and tried to move it.

But as the index was already there in QAS we got OOPS conflict error.

So basis deleted it from the QAS and we created again in dev system.

But getting the same error again as mentioned.

Hi Team,

 

We have Gateway Portal components(DC's) available in Portal. Is it possible to create a oData Service using the componet in Portal?

could you please guide me on checking this.

Details:

Portal version 7.30

No seperate gateway Server, Gateway DC's activated in Portal.

Thanks for replying.

I checked the Business Workplace and did not find all the buttons on the screen, couple of them are enable. Is there any kind of configuration that is required to get the buttons enable? I have given SAP_ALL to this user.

So system will update all debit from sender as + and all credit from sender as minus except revenue i.e. with cost element category 11.

Getting extra copies of list item in a drop-down box.

I have created a drop-down box in a fragment and on after rendering event i have inserted a list item "select" using the below code in the fragment file.

 

myDropDownBox.addEventDelegate({

  onAfterRendering : function() {

  myDropDownBox.insertItem(new sap.ui.core.ListItem({text: "-Select-", key: "None"}),0);

  myDropDownBox.setSelectedKey("None");

  }

  });

 

In my scenario I have a button and a panel in my view and on each button click i am calling the fragment and add it to the panel content but the issue I am facing is the list item "select" is getting duplicated on each drop down boxes incrementally with the button click.(Kindly Refer the Screen shot that i have attached).Can anyone suggest me a solution to avoid or remove this extra copies?

Hi Srujan,

 

2 reasons,

 

1. Might be you have configured with wrong Monitor, choose the correct one and enter proper parameter details for key figure

or the issue with the key figure itself. you can refer the notes 1807734 - ST-A/PI 01Q: Advance Corr. BP Analytics - TBIs for ERP, like this lots of note available, refer bpmon advance correction, make sure you applied.

3. In sender communication channel, in "Processing" tab, I have provided the value of the "Directory for Archiving with Errors" filed as "Archive_faulty". [What I beleive It means if any error occurs in the pipeline steps, the file will move to archive_faulty folder. Am I correct or not?]

AFAIK, only errors at the point of channel polling will be moved to the archive folder. Errors in subsequent pipeline steps (mapping, call adapter, etc) will not cause the file to be moved. These are considered successfully picked up by the channel polling.

4. There is no trace of that particular file in message monitotring but the file is present in "archive_faulty" folder. [Question: How it happens? Althogh it comes in archive_faulty folder, we must trace it from message monitoring. Am I correct or not?]

If an error as mentioned above happens, no actual message is persisted on the adapter engine, and the file is moved to the error folder. Therefore you will not see the message in message monitoring.

Hi Vidhyadharan,

 

By standard, any project management tools will have only one bar which displays your ES/LS dates with EF/LF if no actual dates are there. If actual dates are there, then those dates will be considered for display in gantt chart.

 

In cProjects, actuals are indicated by the small line within the bar which comes based on the percentage completion field.

 

Your next question will be, then how do I compare plan vs actual?

 

For this you need to take a snapshot of our project after release and keep that as a baseline plan and use version comparison to compare & see baseline and current scheduled plan.

 

In cProjects 4.0, you will only have tabular 'Version comparison', if you need graphical gantt chart for version comparison, then that feature is available only in PPM 5.0 and above.

 

You can refer the below screenshot of PPM5.0 version comparison, where

- Hatched bars - Baseline plan(From version snapshot)

- Normal bars (Blue & red) - Scheduled plan

- Bar with line in the center shows the completion activities.
