My suggestion is not to read from Application server. Instead any shared folder of a filesystem at any server.
However, if that makes a big code changes, then the second option is better as to store in the temporary ztable and delete them once the background job is completed. However, taking care of multi user environment as who will create data on that z-table and who and when and how many times the background job is running

Have you tried "End check without confirming in the checking horizon" . I guess it will ignore receipt far in the future (according to the checking horizon maintained in Location - Product master) and use other mean (CTP , RBA etc ) to confirm the requirement . Please confirm if it suits your requirement .

Check out the rules for delivery status in the transformation between the 2 DSO. Test the same by double clicking the rule you will get the option there.
If the routine is working fine then run an repair full load (only if Key figures are in overwrite mode) to get data for Delivery status.

Thanks for your valuable reply, but again things are not working. After running CJBW and CJBN in sequence also, system is accepting the higher cost despite WBS being lower cost budgeted. It seems like it is a standard functionality but even though I am looking for the integration/customization with FM(Funds Management) and CO (Controlling) with PS.
I Hope to get any clue from there..!

Now i have few more doubts after your answers.
1. Regarding SP/AddOn when TMS is locked. I tried same in one of my DEV system:
I have killed tp process from OS level, Locked TMS from STMS and then started Import. To my astonishment import is running, tmp/log is updating at OS level but when i am trying to check tp logsys from R3, i am getting popup "TMS is inactive". Is it normal behavior??
And one more thing
Locking TMS is same as tp lock_eu <sapsid>

It is not encouraging to know that the disaggregation will not consider time zone other than UTC. However it is not causing any issues to the supply planning, I hope it is OK to maintain the time zone as UTC in the planning calendar.
