Hi,

Once a leave is requested(i.e, a workflow is submitted), the status would be set as SENT and can be seen using transaction PTARQ.

The manager approves it and the status is set to APPROVED.

 

The program RPTARQPOST is the one which posts these leaves to backend (IT2001, IT2006).

This program has to be scheduled in Production once or twice a day depending on the frequency.

It will take all the requests which are in APPROVED status and posts them to backend. Once posted, the status would be set to POSTED in PTARQ.

     Please avoid using "OR" in your WHERE clause. You might want to try using IN

Thanks Jan, I faced similar issues while seeing tiles in launch pad designer and was able to fix by re-checking and deploying missing notes for SAPUI5 1.22.7

Hi All,

 

Need help !!

 

My scenario is as this. We have NO sales order and demand is created via the material input (FERT, HALB) in CJ20N directly to a WBS activity. Now the HALB has a production BOM and planned orders are generated for it when I run MRP (MD02). Also for the ROH under the HALB procurement proposals are generated.

 

Everything is fine until i convert the planned order to production order (HALB) and bring it to project stock. Now how do I convert the FERT planned order to production order? There is no link between the FERT and HALB as each are individually assigned to different WBS activity in CJ20n. I cannot create a production / WBS Bom linking FERT and HALB as this double dips ie a planned order for HALB is generated again as demand is doubled (once because HALB is defined in CJ20n and second time as it is part of FERT BOM)

 

Hence I cannot link FERT and HALB through a BOM. How else do i link them?

it was my own fault - Access Sequence was not set for Preceding document, changed it some time ago when tested some other things.

 

It is all resolved now.

Douglas, buenas tardes

 

Hasta donde yo conozco, este procedimiento no es posible, mas para una lista de materiales de producción. Es decir, al cambio no lo hace el sistema automáticamente en ningún Asistente.

 

Se me ocurre hacer dos cosas pero ambas dependen de la persona que esta operando el sistema:

- Dejar dentro de las listas de materiales ambos productos y que al producir se verifique cual tiene mas existencias y borrar "el alternativo"

 

- Colocar un código genérico en la lista de materiales y que al fabricar, con una búsqueda formateada le sugiera el articulo que debe escoger.

 

Ojala le sea de ayuda.

I do have the exact same error.

I am getting this error only when approving an item from the master list via the Swipe button and not all the time. In fact, when I am getting the error, nothing reach the GW. I retry couple of time and the third time, I still getting the error but the data is updated in the backend.

 

Robbe, are you using some reverse-proxy? At this point, I am considering all possibilities.

Hello all,

 

I went in another direction:

I changed the Input key figure to DEC - this way the Standard disaggregation with Manual reference to a existing key figure could be used and any entry (e.g. 1) was disaggregated.

 

After that I changed my copy logic to check for "not initial" instead of a certain Input.

Hi Mustafa,

 

You're absolutely right, and I would gladly use the sap.m library when it's fully operational in Design Studio.

Hopefully, with DS 1.4 apps integrated in Fiori sFin apps, we will have the sap.m library working for our extensions next month.

 

Until then, I'd rather not use it than implementing the click events myself. Just my humble opinion though!

Sam, so are you saying that there is actually no update expected from the government? I also wasn't clear on what SAP was waiting for exactly, but just didn't have time to argue.

 

As a side note regarding UUID - I'm guessing we might end up with a variety of custom solutions. In general, the UUID needs to be extrected from the XML file and somehow cross-referenced with an SAP document. This could be done in a custom table or by using some text field in the accounting document. The specific implementation would depend on how the company handles the documents exactly.

I do wonder what the value and reasoning behind SharePoint. It does seem like a bit of effort and perhap you could look at reviewing the process

 

  1. User wants to use FF Id - they have the set available
  2. Logon to FF Id - force them to enter a Service Call Reference number, etc and have them put all support evidence and justification in there. FF logon has a drop down for Request types that are configured so you could have categories like (incident, request, regular maintenance, change request).
  3. FF Logon notification automatically sent to the controller - they will receive the Logon Summary and justification that the person enter. Train the controllers to read these emails and follow up immediately if they are concerned of account being used
  4. Training to make sure support person exits the FF Id each time they finish an activity (Controller should chase them down.. refer later)
  5. Schedule FF Log report scheduled weekly or whatever frequency to go to each controller
  6. Have you process/sharepoint step and have the Controller upload their review and sign off once they have reviewed. If the FF User follows process the Controller will see Reference to to service calls, etc to check if activity was appropriate. Have a process for managing non-compliance (even friendly reminders and training if they keep forgetting to logout)

 

As far as the tech side of it goes - my next point is that the FF Ids should only have the access that are needed on the account so reduce the size of the log. I.e don't include non-sensitive reporting if you don't want it in the log.

 

Webyndpro/short-cut - yes - but the SICF service has to be activated and authorisations can restrict that.

 

My recommendation is that you visit your security team and get them to give you a high level training of FF and security so you can understand the risk a bit better. Also, trying to find out the reason for reviewers adding items to sharepoint. If you were on version 10.x then you could have used workflow to automate the FF log review and be done with sharepoint and XLS!
