I think i am left with either going for QM route or use any of 2 workarounds.

I have similar issue , i'm using HANA cloud platform and Eclipse to create information views.
for Analytical view, i'm able to validate and activate successfully but data preview is where it throws the error :
i have done this :
grant select on schema <Schema_Name> to _SYS_REPO with grant option;--this executes
grant select on schema <schema_name> to <user_name>; below error
SAP DBTech JDBC: [7]: feature not supported: grantor and grantee are identical
please let me know the steps to be followed .

I think Clemens have explained in detail about field symbols very nicely.
Apart from this fieldsymbols in abap are like pointers.We prefer as it is performance wise faster.
After declaring fieldsymbols we have assign a pointer or u can say point to that fieldsymbol so as to use later.
Use of ( P_TAB) in select query is example of Dynamic select statement.
P_TAB value is filled at run time. And it is written in parenthesis so as to hold the content at runtime.

I'm trying to schedule recurring visits for a sales rep and there doesn't seem to be that capability within C4C e.g. visit scheduled every month for all of my customers.
It looks like only an individual visit can be scheduled. Am I missing something?

In vov6 for your schedule line category maintain movement type blank and check relevant for delivery then material will be displayed in delivery but there wont be any effect on stock.

For chapter id you can use control code field which is available in field catalogue
Check your Base entry and there is note for LDAP binding how to test.

For that I can use the transaction ABZU to write up the depreciation posted in the year 2013 and create a manual entry for the amount 811.22 in the year 2012. Am I correct. Do I have to make any changes in the retained earnings?

I have SAP Business One Version 8.82 PL11 Implemented to one of our clients and I am configuring SAP Mobile for them. Per my testing, I receive an error message upon logging in to the B1 Mobile App "To use this function, Upgrade the version of your backend server". The version of the B1 Mobile app is version 1.1.4. Now my questions are as follows:
1. Do I really have to upgrade our client's version for me to be able to use the B1 mobile app? If so, what version should I upgrade to?
2. Is it possible to secure an older copy (apk file) of the B1 mobile app that is compatible with 8.82 PL11? If so, where can I get a copy?
