Yes, we are using direct outbound deliveries. They are created in EWM (used for unplanned goods issues)
If the goods go to a customer then a billable delivery is automatically created in ERP.
If the goods go to a plant, then an STO & delivery are automatically created in ERP.

TSTCP does store the transaction codes, like TSTC or TSTCT etc.
It is nothing to do with OBU1 entries.
OBU1 does only contains F-01 to F-92, means not even 100 transaction codes. OBU1 does also contain Posting Keys and Document Types, where did you find these Posting Keys and Document Types in TSTCP table?
If you double click on any line OBU1 and click on F1 and F9, which tells you the table / field names.

As already written you must also call BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_SAVE and then BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
Pass result of first call ( notifheader_export- notif_no ) to second, then get the generated number from the second call ( notifheader-notif_no ).

Use Case:
We need to run a PL based on cash basis. So we need to determine the revenue and expenses for the GL accounts for which a payment has been received or payment paid.
We have our arms around how we can get the expense accounts on Cash basis. We are having trouble determining the revenue accounts on Cash basis.
In other terms we need to know all the invoices by line item for which they have been paid or not (via Incoming Payment). In addition, we will also need to determine if the sales tax associated to the invoices have been paid or not too.
We are planning to install SAP on Oracle RAC ( 11.2.0.4) on Soalris 11. Based on note 527843 - Oracle RAC support in the SAP environment
It says we have to install DB Home in ACFS or Shared File system between nodes. Is it mandatory to install DB Home on ACFS ?
Can we do db home installation locally ? Anyone foresee any issue ?

So we can't enable delta settings for standard data source.
as stated above, You can introduce one dso in your data flow.
from DSO to further targets of your data flow we can enable delta settings.
Mean source to DSo - we can load full load every time.
DSO-to further targets - we can run delta dtp. delta dtp will load one changed/modified records from last extractions from dso/changlog table.
Another way: at info pack level you can maintain a routine which can find the changed/crated records based on dated field. if any other records changed then routine will ne pull data as we needed.
Final option - create generic data source based on your data source base table and introduce generic delta settings(calday/time stamp).

I'm in charge of developing the Dashboard and I'm researching why we should use SAP Crystal instead of Excel.
Earlier today I spoke with a sales rep. and she explained to me a little bit about Crystal, but when I made her some technical questions she asked me to post here, so here it goes:
One of the main questions my managers ask me is "why we should use SAP, paid, if we can use Excel, free?"
I did find some answers online, but I would like a more professional answers and I know here is the place.
Also, I have very little knowledge about Pivot Tables in Excel, so after I obtain Crystal what should I do? What's the basic knowledge I should have to be able to use Crystal propperly?
Can I just get my KPI's from excel and throw it into the software to generate the graphs?
Well, why should I go for Crystal?
I hope I can get the answers here and "justify" why we should go for SAP!

I have created a (satisfaction) survey in C4C. Now I would like to add this survey as a hyperlink in an e-mail template. In the design view of the E-Mail Template I don't see an option to do so.
In the Build view of the Campaign the Submitted Form is grayed out as well.
Please, can someone advise how I can add a survey (link) to the e-mail template. Thanks in advance.
