The reason why you're always eligible for discount is because on A% B, net C you're B=C (45 in your case).
If your C is not equal to B (usually C>B), after B days there will be no discount and C is your net due date. At this point, if a payment is made after C days, its considered a late payment.

Just try multiple things
1) drop and recreate your flat file format.
2) add one more column in flat file manually and give the sequence number in excel.
3) now load the file with the sequence number ,you will get to know which is the extra row easily.

basis can increase the timeout parameter ( not sure exactly parameter name.. some dialog time out parameter guessing ) . we had this issue when calling a function module after basis increased the parameter , problem is solved. but in your case you can use ABAP data flow as other members suggested.

One user is in SAP sourcing and every day when he try to loginto the portal he is not able to login then he goes for forget password and after getting the new password he is able to login to SAP sourcing .Again next day hehas to follow th same setp to login to the SAP sourcing portal.

1) I would recommend upgradeing to a new service pack as there has been a lot of fixes
2) When you connect with a client you need to use the 8081 port.
3) I would suggest checking the configurations that are listed in the Cockpit to see if they match the files from the ini file.

Is blank record is adding after data set ? I mean after loading the all records inserting into table blank record is inserting right?
1. Open your flat file in note pad ( if it is small ) or notepad++( if it is large.
2. Go to the last record in the file.
3. After the last record select down and delete it.
4. Save the file and tried to load.
It is common thing blank space available after the last record in the flat files. We need to delete manually blank space after the last record.

I've upgraded the GUI to 7.40 PL2.
The possibility to save passwords seem to be gone for good.
When trying to create a shortcut to activate the debugger (useful for modal dialog windows ) I noticed that I can no longer create shortcuts at all.
System pretents to create them but there are nowhere to be found on the filesystem (Windows 8.1). I assume there is something wrng with my configuration. Has anybody similar problems ?

Please observe that the existing POs will not be changed if you change the customizing setting. A PO is a firmed element and it is not changed by MRP or affected by this customizing change.
This customizing will only affect the generation of new purchase requisitions or planned orders by MRP, therefore, you will only see the effects for POs in the future.

I am stuck in an issue with my development and seems like not getting any solution for it.
I have created one custom z report which is used to print Smartform. This report has been configured in IMG for correspondence type and it should triggered through Standard Transaction F.27(Periodic Account Statement).
The report is getting triggered successfully with a SUBMIT program statement inside the standard code, but the issue is, this SUBMIT program is not passing the Key dates for acct statement from selection screen of F.27 which is needed for my report and passing all other needed parameters.
I have checked the enhancement option as well for the program RFKORK00(Program for F.27) in order to capture the date values in memory and to be used in my custom report, but the implicit enhancement is provided at the bottom of module and hence it not accessible.
Have searched Exits as well for this but of no use.
Can anyone please suggest a way around to get this Key dates for acct statement from Selection screen of F.27 to be used by my custom Zprogram...it would be highly appreciated.
