Thanks guys. Martin I'm looking for errors in the nameserver trace files but i'm not sure they are related yet as I see similar errors in older trace files. Such as;
trex.... read from channel failed
trexnet....reading failed with timeout
indexserver not answering (I did not see this one in older traces though)

we are in the test phase at a big customer with several Fiori apps.
Now we found a strange behavior at "Approve shopping carts" app.
As soon as user opens the item detail view, the system alias Odata CARTAPPROVAL call is changed.
That produces an error as soon as the user goes back to the shopping cart and wants to approve or reject as the system alias is then still "SRMSRM" which in completely NOT maintained anywhere in the system.
Right system alias is "SRM". We don't have system alias "SRMSRM".
This happens in customers development and test system, but not in our demo system where we are on a local gateway.
Any solution suggestions?

I am facing the following issue with my customer (Utilities).
They will be working with non valuated materials for the devices they use
At the time of GR they capture the cost in an SAP Order (account assignment in PO is F)
Since they are utilities company they will perform stock transfers using 311 within the warehouse and U61/U62 for the grid storage location . None of these movements will have FI postings assigned.
Once per year they will tranfer the cost from the order to assets for installed devices
Once per year they will transfer from assets to different account for removed devices
They use reports for these task and they will perform them manually
But in SAP when they scrap the devices they need to perform a Goods Issue.
I was thinking about using 551 standard movment for scrap but I need a cost center for this purpose.
Since the material is non valuated can a dummy cost center be used for this GI ? Does it have any impact in accouting/ controlling ?
Can this approach also be used with movement type 201?

Is it possible to give a user using IDT read only access to a universe. Where user would be able to retrieve universe, but not be able to change or publish universe. Have had to put user in the administrator group so that they could retrieve universe, but we do not want them to have full access rights.

Yes, the idea of creating a calculation view worked fine. I also prefer keepeing all objects as design time. At least I don't have to run scripts manually.

Seems that you are changing an existing code. As suggested by Matthew that you need to modularise the code. If not then you can replace field-symbol with Work area but make sure that field symbol value is not changing any value in internal table.
The below scenario should not exist in your existing code.
E.g loop at it_tab1 assiging <FS_tab1>.
<FS_tab1>-val1 = 'ABC'.
Endloop.
Then only you can replace Field-symbol with work area.. This is one of the example.

I've created a replication configuration and everything seems to work fine. But when I tried to add table CDHDR, an error occured, see below:

If neither WT /190 nor WT 1APF exist in the Input Table, then you can't create a pcr to process these WTs.
If these 2 WTs have already been transfered into the Results Table at that point in the schema, then you should try calling your pcr with Function PRT.
Hi,
I am trying to install and configure IdM8.0. I have been following the installation guide and some of the discussions in the community. As part of the installation, I have configured 2 data sources in netweaver with name - IDM_DevelopeStudio and IDM_DataSource. I also deployed jdbc driver. I also created SSL certificate.
When I try to login with admin user in developer studio, I get the attached error.
Please let me know your suggestions/comments.
