His answer has nothing to do with HANA, SAP or anything technical. It is just plain common sense. If Notepad++ is not available in your environment, just use plain Notepad.
Finding and replacing the schema name is the only thing being done in N++ in the blog, and you can do it just as easily in Notepad. Please Google how to Find and Replace in Notepad if you don't know how to do it.
