After restarting the computer I was able to run the Eclipse again and "reset to Active" solution and then Activate the solution again. Then I was also able to delete the file in web edit ide.

The link you have shared is for cache control; specifically for static resources with a "age". My query is on cache buster - clearing the cache / reloading when there is a new resource.
Application cache buster primarily allows you to cache the application resource files in the browser till a new file is uploaded on the server. This is determined by comparing the time-stamps and handled by the framework.

Reset J2ee_Admin password
Dear Experts,
I have to change my J2ee_Admin password as per the documents by Experts i can login to NWA - Identity management using SAP*.
Here in NWA we have tha option GENERATE NEWPASSWORD, it is showing PASSWORD(s) GENERATED but i don't see whats new password and we don't have any email maintained for any user not even for Administrator and J2ee_admin.
Please, let me know how can i reset a new password of my choice to j2ee_admin user.

Supplier Creation Form
Hi,
Is there a feature on the system whereby people can download supplier forms to send to new suppliers so that we capture the data to create a new supplier on SAP?
OR
Is there a way I can upload a PDF form already created for suppliers onto SAP so that people can download the form and give to suppliers at ease?
