I have two doubts regarding asset purchase through mm
1) Do we need to create material master for asset. what will be the material type then?
2) If am purchasing same asset in which i already have and calculated depreciation on the same, what will be the configuration. Is it required to create new master data for asset ?

One more thing I need to add here, Instead of using part no, Item and quantity in event make use of only ZEILE(Which I can see in first screen shot) in a event.

1- You do not need to create material master to purchased assets (not Mandatory )
2- if you are purchasing asset like you purchase before you need only to create asset master AS01 to the asset to capitalize the cost on it

I have a situation. Stock transport order If i do the process manually using VL10B and clicking on the "background" button then it is creating duplicate delivery with 8 lines where as PO had only 2 lines.
If we do the same process either by selecting both POs in a single go, OR by restarting vl10c after each delivery creation then it works fine.
Hello, For my purposes I now use the same JDK/JRE (PB shipped 1.6.0_02 for compiling AND executing the classes. This is the savest way and I have no Troubles. Some further reading on this Topic concluded me that same Major Versions should be compatible, and higher execution Versions are backward compatible with lower compile Versions. I suspect this a bug with the version of CR you're using.
I remember answering another question with a similar requirement here and this workaround does seem to work well with export to excel too:

Back then I was on a lower version of CR (I don't remember which one) however, I now have an upgraded version (2013 SP6) and have the same issue as you!

I am working on GRC 10.1 SP08 and trying to use IDM 8.0 as user authentication data source.
Right now, i am having an issue with RFC (HTTP) connection created for IDM (VDS) in GRC as shown below.
The connection test fails as connection to partner broken, has anybody faced this issue or can let me know if this is correct information for RFC connection.
Also, i would like to have an opinion on IDM to GRC connectivity,
that since i am using IDM as authentication source, do i need to do entire GRC provisioining frame work configuration (ex. activating web services etc.)

If you want to add new info object to the Infocube or DSO which is already holding data - then you need to make a copy of that particular DSO/Infocube and load the data into dummy.
Now delete the data from existing flow and add new info object and then load data from dummy cube. In this case only new data will come for new info object.
In case user wants all history data then you need to delete and reload whole data from target.

Dear Experts,
In Table control Wizard, user perform's some action like 'Create' Push button, then user scrolls the tab in table control wizard the sy-ucomm remains same (previous action 'Create' ), so the data's created many times because of scrolling.
When user click (create So) push button (1) then scrolls the tab(pic 2nd position ) . sy-ucomm remains in create so pushbutton(sy-ucomm).
Tried by , after performing the (create so) pushbutton cleared the sy-ucomm but it remains same in while scrolling. Front end contents are scrolled but the order are created many times.
Kindly need guidance.

I have also just replied to your other thread (the network timeout error you get in the HTTP client), and I am beginning to think you may be trying something that is impossible?! With "SAP back-end system(HANA Server)" do you mean a SAP system (= ABAP system), which is able to process RFC and HTTP requests, or do you mean a HANA database, which is able to process SQL commands sent via ODBC/JDBC protocol?
I'm not familiar with databases, so I'm not sure, whether there are also databases that are capable of receiving and processing HTTP requests (and whether the HANA database in particular is able to do this), but I would assume, that even if a DB is able to act as HTTP server, some additional customizing and setup on the DB would be necessary for this. If you are sending HTTP requests to a port on the DB, which is expecting SQL commands, this could explain all kinds of strange behavior and errors... 
Perhaps we should go back one step and take a detailed look at what you are trying to do and what you setup so far (and what error you are getting where).
