I don't think that such guide exists.
The estimation in time/effort for completing a task depends on its complexity and the person's skills.
These vary too much to fit them in any form of table/document and provide meaningful/reliable/useful information.
Even if you have all the information on company requirements (which is rarely the case), it can vary between minutes (copying an existing procedure with minor changes) and days (new conditions, formulas, requirements).
An identical task can take an inexperienced person several days, while it may take a couple of hours, if it is done by somebody who has a deeper knowledge on the subject.

OR
After releasing of service entry sheet- carry our invoice(MIRO for that service entry sheet) and find tax amount appearing in accounting document of MIRO.

I upgraded the kernel to latest and tried but no luck:(

As mentioned by you:
the users that enter via Gateway may have to enter directly into ECC, the issue being that our ECC forces a password change every n-days. In that scenario the user (I mean the person) will eventually have to remember one password for ECC and a different password for Gateway.
Assumed that you've create an RFC destination to the SAP Gateway system on your front-end server and define the trust relationship between the SAP Business suite system (to be the trusting system) and the SAP Gateway system (to be the trusted system). Also I believe CUA Configuration might not be needed in this case, reason being the user ID in Gateway and ERP should be same ID although Password can be different.
Example: When user ID MobUser logon to app, user and password are authenticated in Gateway. From Gateway to ERP, RFC connection is established by user ID MobUser with trusted RFC.

Again the test case does not match with your scenario.
However system has created planned order for 1800MT even if you have PIR for 2000MT.
So system has consider the your production/process order.
As per your first example you might have close/TECO your process order and that's why Planned order for the Quantity of 1800MT is generated because you have stock of 200MT.
It's very clear if there is production/process order and stock in MD04 system wont generate the planed order for whole PIR quantity. Hope it's clear to you.

Just to add information you need to merge the dimensions from multiple data providers only when you want data from multiple queries. Since you may have unbalance hierarchy on different data providers you need to sync the multiple data providers by merging the dimension.
It is to be noted that Webi creates an Full Outer join when you merge the dimension across the queries that you have merged.

Actually the issue is fixed now.
There were some problem in my master data (MIC and Class Characteristics assignment) 
.
Also in VC configuration profile, due to which some characteristic values were not flowing from the header material to the wip material during Sales order creation.
Any how the issue is resolved and i would close the thread.

2nd point...they want us to revert back to the SPS 97.03 environment if the SPS 11 upgrade fails or the application testing has issues with that the newer version.
Instead of re-installing SPS 97.03...We wanted to restore the 97.03 tar backup to the appropriate directories ( which includes any customization of *ini files, etc. ) and restore the prior SPS 97.03 full sap hana backup as well...
We have no issues with the SAP HANA backups....It is the SAP HANA software/binaries we are trying to backup and restore if needed...
