Idle Connection Timeout (minutes): it is for WIPS

Specifies the amount of time, in minutes, that the server waits for a request from an idle connection. Setting a value that is too low can cause a request to close prematurely. Setting a value that too high can caused requests to be queued while the server waits for idle requests to be closed.

Default value is 20 (minutes)

 

Session Timeout in (web.xml): this is for the Web application server/Tomcat

This will be for the Web application server/Tomcat timeout. Tomcat session will be activated from the user logged into the Launchpad and keep for 30 Mins

Hi Luis,

 

Parameter IV_UPDATE_BUFFER is not set to' X'.

SAP Reply :

You are directly calling APIs COM_PRODUCT_GUID_GET. It is not
recommended. It will lead to select data from database table.
Please check if there is a way to use BOL entity attributes, without
calling those API.


It is the most painful area.

When will be enhancements avaible in Eclipse

Hi All,

 

when will be the next release be ready. I using eclipse right now for a few weeks and I'm very happy with it.

But I miss the enhancements! I need such things very often and that is a big point for me.

Would SAP make me a special gift for Christmas

 

Do someone know more or a link, where I can find the upcoming features as a list with release date?

Thanks Diego I appreciate any responses. This could be helpful, but SUP is sending it to HANA as a BLOB so I'm still not sure why it is changing in HANA to a different coding,

Even though i see an init in my infopackage with green check and also see it in rsa7 as a green light, ROOSPRMSC is showing blank for Maximum booked records in BW and Maximum Extracted records fields. why is that? is thinking that infopackage has a green check for init and showing green light in rsa7 for that datasource mean that the init was successful and deltas will start at the time init was done? please let me know.

I only encountered this error in one of the transaction involving bin and serial number in SBO 9 pl 5 (if remembered correctly).

never encountered such since.

DId you re-reference the UI and DI api for each of your client sbo version and PL?

What do you mean CR assembiles I am referencing in my app?

my report was crystal report XI version before, after I open on crystal report 2010 and save it, then I use visual studio 2010 to open the crystal report..

MDG-M New Data Model Attributes

Where can I find a list of all attributes for all entities in the new MDG-M (MM) data model?

 

I have found many documents listing the new entities, such as MARDMRP and MARDSTOR but I would like a list of attributes.

 

I am about to extend the MDG data model to add the material master Label Type (MARA-ETIAR) and Label Form (MARA-ETIFO) fields but if these are in the new 7.0 model, I may wait until we upgrade because we need several of the new storage location fields as well.

 

In ECC, Label Type and Label Form fields are on the "Plant data / stor. 1" view of the material master.  However, they are actually enterprise-level fields stored in MARA.  So I am trying to determine the best place to add these to the MDG data model.  At the moment, I am thinking I need to add to the MATERIAL entity since they are enterprise fields, using the guide, SAP How-To Guide: Extend MDG-M Data Model by a New Field (Reuse Option).

Hi,

 

I am trying to post a Customer invoice and getting the below error.

 

Account 800200 requires an assignment to a CO object

Message no. KI248

Diagnosis

All given account assignment objects (order, project) are defined as statistical.

System Response

Statistical orders or projects are ignored when FI and CO are reconciled. You must enter a cost center, order, project, or cost object to which the costs are posted for CO postings.

Procedure

Enter a cost center, an order, a project, or a cost object that is not statistical. The posting row affected is 001 and the account is 800200.

 

I have entered the Cost center still it is giving me the same error.

 

Could you please help me to proceed further.

Try setting schedl margine key 000. Which ia standard SAP value. If you dont find any suh value then try to find possible value(f4) and select thebone with 0 opn prd ( first column towards right)

AS per note 1382543 - FAQ Withholding tax, , the base amount has to be manually updated.  Implement the BADI - MRM_WT_SPLIT_UPDATE  to get it populated automatically.
