Hi experts,

In the course of transferring data from legacy system to SAP system--

1) we create the Excel file in a format that sap Understands ?

2) We save that file in the sap Directory using "CG3Z".

3) then access the file using "RHALTD00" for batch input.

my questions-

1)Please correct me if i am wrong or Anything needs to be done?

2) while creating the format file for 5 "Positions" , do we have functionality in SAP, that gives the file with all the "header descriptions" ready to put in sap's directory Or we have to give this Structure manually in legacy system? as below-

(Ideally it should be present in SAP, just data to be filled by the client)

The use of Option parameter will accept blank Value that mean not mandatory.

I have defined a user query as "Select T0.[Address] from [CRD1] T0 Where T0.[CardCode]=N('[%0]')" . I have created a formatted search to a field in Sales Order with this query. Now the search window asks for a BP Code to enter. I would like to draw the BP Code from the selected cardcode of the sales order and display the search result instead of letting the user choose a bp code. How can I do that, in UI or through sdk?

I dont have input control option in my service pack...
and I want to display this report as a dashboard afterwards.

when I am trying to add the date column as from date filter

and to date filter ...data is not getting filtered in charts..

First, how is defined the document category 000001.

You have 5 checkbox:

AppFunct. actv. - Application function are or not activated
Function active - Functions for each Document are or not activated.
Inv. mgmt act - Inventory management is or not activated (maybe your case)
WM active - Warehouse management is or not activated
Batch mgmt actv - Batch management is or not activated

All the fields in the 2 items are same except for VAT and amount. The first item is the price and some other data. Second item is for VAT. Only 1 or 2 fields differ.

In the mapping, I am looking for a value "VAT" in a field and if it is there, I am mapping to the TAX field in the idoc. If not, I am mapping a blank constant.

I have defined the data type as:
