after changing our datasources(SAP BI) in our crystal report our subreport no longer works

Yes there is data for the subreport so it should show.    the main report points ot a BW query and so the sb-report does as well.  When we change the datasource on the main report it works but when we do that on the subreport it doens't work

hi,

 

I don't fully understand your question. but generally speaking, the BI platform and it's Clients are not designed for mass data transfer .  They are for aggregating results sets into a presentation layer.

Thanks Nagarajan,

 

But I am sure that 1.9.1 app is not compatible with iOS7 beta2.  I downgrade back to 6.1.3 and it started to work again.

 

Just want the developer to know about this, and get the app iOS7 ready asap.

Hello Rodrigo,

as far as I understand you don't want to get the authentication working, but only suppress the error message.

In NW SSO 2.0 there is an option to supress error and success messages. I'm unsure if this option already existed in version 1.0.

 

Please have a look if you can find the registry key showErrorMsg under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\SAP\SecureLogin\profiles\<yourProfile>

 

Also have a look in the your profile configuration on the server. In Version 2.0 the corresponding option for the reg key above is existing (see screenshot)

Thanks for your help I did find  the solution, the same needs to be done through certain configurations

 

1) Relationship needs to be maintained in BUBA tcode

2) The same needs to be assigned to the new partner function category in CRM-Basic Functions- Partner Processing- Define Partner Functions.

3) As per your post above the new partner function needs to be assigned to the relationship category in the accounts overview tab.

4) Once done settings need to be done as part of middleware where CRM-Basic Functions- Partner Processing-Data Transfer-Distribution of Partner Functions from SAP CRM into SAP ECC.

 

Once all of these settings are done and if the employee is created in BUP005 role, then the sales representative will get replicated along with the customer in one go.

Hi Jakob,

 

Which PI version are you on? Are you doing FCC? If yes, You might try Recordset per message option

As Baskar mentioned, 150 MB is on the higher side.

It may possibly take more than 15 mins when adapter polls again. You need tuning. Also explore the option if the source system is open to sending data in smaller chunks rather than 150 MBs.

Yes you are correct the employees must be created in HR first as employees and then need to be replicated back in SAP CRM, Additional configurations also need to be done.

Hola buen día una consulta compañeros:

 

Cuento con un problema dentro de mi factura electrónica se genero una nueva sociedad con una empresa filial la cual factura por medio de CFD se copio el mismo esquema de la principal de hecho los SPP son los mismos pero al momento de generar el CFD pasa lo siguiente

Los campos de subtotal, descuento y Total siempre los coloca en blanco, el CFD esta validado en hacienda todo parece estar correcto.

No se si les haya sucedido lo mismo o este omitiendo algo en la configuración.

Hi,

 

If I correctly understood your question, you can maintain the  BOM for FG with component A and B. After creating the demand, run MRP. The result of MRP will be creation of PR for the material which is not in stock. So using that PR you can create purchase order and procure that material.

Software Update Manager: Clean up tasks, Shadow Instance & Temp. Tablespace X

Hi Experts,

 

I wanted to know that after an upgrade activity using SUM (Software Update Manager) how should I proceed with the cleanup tasks.

As SUM uses a shadow instance for the upgrade and for which a temporary table space is required, we can release some space once the upgrade has completed, right?

 

In my case (SPS08 upgrade in Solution Manager 7.1), a temporary tablespace PSAPSR3702X of 32GB was required before execution.

So I created that in order to upgrade my system.

My upgrade went successful, and now I would like to cleanup the space that was occupied during the upgrade.

I believe that scope here for cleanup is:

1) The temporary SAP Tablespace PSAPSR3720X (32 GB), data file is under /oracle/<SID>/sapdata4

2) SUM Directory (Upgrade directory /usr/sap/<SID>/SUM, which is 21G and contains the logs,files, shadow instance)

 

What should be the approach to process the clean-up post upgrade?

 

A) Is this approach feasible?

  1. Stop SAP & DB
  2. Drop SAP Temporary Tablespace
  3. Drop SUM Directory
  4. Start SAP & DB and validate

 

I also looked up SAP note 1732061, which is central note for SUM, it talks about, Do not select "Cleanup and start afresh" before finalization.

So in the postprocessing phase after the upgrade completes and just before Finalization phase, I have selected "Continue" as per the above mentioned note during the upgrade.

B) Or is it that, if I start SUM again and I get an option in the beginning "Cleanup & Start Afresh" which shall do the necessary cleanup, though I am not really sure, if this the possible feature of SUM!

 

Which is the correct approach? Could you please suggest, as I have worked with SUM for the first time.

Hello Partha,

 

because insp lot is still waiting to be completed.if no movements done in the order than simply delete insp lot in Order>Function>Insp.Lot>Delete.but if movement done and stock posted to Quality than 1st process the insp. lot.

Material or Product Format in EBP & R3

Hello Experts,

 

Need your valuable inputs on the above topic.

 

In R3 system the materials which are internal are maintained with Leading zeros and external is as usual the desired format. The Lexicographical is not checked.

 

But EBP - the internal numbers of R3 are stored with the actual number by removing the zero's and Lexicographical is checked.

 

I have seen some of the threads  on the same topic but I couldn't get those completely particularly about Lexicographical.

 

we have both internal and external materials - does the lexicographical has any effect on them - If I checked in EBP and unchecked in R3.

in some of the threads they said it should be common in both the systems and no one has commented on External materials.

 

How does this Lexicographical make difference?

 

We are getting errors while searching the material during creation of Shopping cart "Good/Services doesn't exist or not maintained" all those materials are visible in the table COMM_PRODUCT.

 

So please give me your valuable suggestions.
