Go to OMSR transaction and find the field. Go to details and check flag the field "Propose Field Content" if you want to copy from reference field. Remove the flag if you dont want to copy the field from the reference document. Check the F1 help for the field for more details.

Re: Image Capture rotation issue
Hi Stephen,
When I click on the image capture button, there is a take photo option.
When I click on it, in the preview it shows me the object (image) 90 degrees rotated.
But once I click on it, the picture is captured correctly. The problem is with the preview screen.
In the earlier IOS version, in the preview screen it was showing correctly. I have recently updated to 8.1 and then this issue came up. Is there a way to fix the preview screen?

1st open the window for which u have created the report. (i.e if ur report is for AR Invoice) open that window and from the tool bar select layout designer. be sure that ur report is not selected as default report. if it is selected then as default then u have to first make other report as default report then click update and do same again and open the layout designer then click on mange layout and select ur report from window and u will see the delete button just click on it and ur report is deleted...

Connectivity between SAP ERP and an online document archive
Hi all,
I have a question belonging to the connectivity between SAP ERP and an online document archive.
We are assigning documents to customer sales orders, SAP_OBJECT = VBAK. The problem is that we have a high number of sales order items and also a high number of one type of document and the user will get a large list of objects. The description in the list only contains the type of document e.g. 'Invoice' but no information e.g. to which sales order item this document had been assigned or maybe about invoice number or invoice date. In the worst case the user has to check each of the items of the list if it is one of the relevant documents. The customer will accept a change only of the description in the attachment list.
How can I modify the content of that column of the attachment list without any programming on WEB level?

Material mass deploy/creation in SAP MM using DS
Hello Experts,
Just to introduce myself, I have worked 2.5 years in SAP BI/BO projects. Now i have moved to SAP Data Migration projects.
Recently we switched to Data Services, until now we used to use some other tool to load the data in SAP, now its been ruled out. Henceforth we got to use data services. I am holding ample of contact with the online materials to familarize with data services.
Also, I get lots of tickets for the material deploy and creation. If there are handful of records i can use mm01 or mm02 transaction to fulfill such requests.
When we get thousands of records, it becomes little tough job to handle it.
I suspect there could be better way of loading the data thru data services in SAP???
I appreciate your thoughts on this.

You have to create a customized report by using CDHDR & CDPOS.
Pass all the Sales order number - VBELN to the field OBJECTCLAS in CDHDR to get CHANGENR, USERNAME, UDATE & UTIME.
Pass CHANGENR from the CDHDR to CHANGENR field in CDPOS table to get FNAME - FAKSK & CHNGIND as U.
