1.What are the requirements for creating multi source universe?

 

If you want to display data from multipule data  bases (SQL,Oracle, etc) into the reports, then you can create multi-source universe.

For that you need to create multpile connections and pointing to one universe (Muilti-Source).

Hi Experts

 

A copy of the holding company was made on another box where the subsidiary would be kept there.  The configuration was copied and stripped of the unnecessary configuration

 

The NewGL was then activated on this box and subsequently document splitting.  (there was nothing posted on this client)

 

The segment was added to every field status variant, but now when posting in the sandbox, the segment field is not there.  I have drilled into the GL account assignment of field status variant and it definitely has the segment as an optional field on this sandbox client.

 

So when I post there is an error and it is requiring a segment and it doesn't have the field to put it in.

 

I hope you can help.

I have similar requirement where I need to send a HTTP request using HTTP_AAE - GET method, capture the response back. Can you please guide me and provide me some links how to proceed with this kind of development.

Hi Alexandre,

 

thanks for your reply. I have distributed this to the testing environment. Not tested yet. I wonder though if the large/small quantities reacts like check the picking quantity can be picked as a whole from the fixed bin and if not pick it all from bulk (so the complete 346) instead of 300 from bulk and 46 from fixed bin. I have to check that. What do you think?

Does the order has posting for that period? The system will revalue the price only for that period posting.

Hi,

 

Is it possible to have a warehouse which does not calculate cost even if we give a value in Goods Receipt.. When calculating average cost it should exclude that warehouse..

 

I am using B1 9.1 PL03

Just do whatever you want to do in the loop, and after that call that FM. Now again loop and assign that number to all line items.

I think you are making Import P.o. in this case you have to maintained the conversion table for the same . this is might be the reason for the same .  This table maintained by OB08.

Hi All,

 

 

I have developed an SAPUI5 application. When i run the application it is taking more time to load.

i want to show a busy indicator during the loading process.

 

i cannot use a Sapui5 control as it is still not loaded ; can u please help me with some other option .

Hi,

 

MD15 you can use but as u asked you cannot select based on the number range of planned orders.

Simple write an LSMW to delete the same. to do so colect planned orders from COHV Transaction or from Table PLAF with you're number range and execute with LSMW this is very simple and easy process.

Hi Mariano,

We can assign the defaults but every time specific user has to go to mb5b and then select the get variant.

I was thinking that I specific user go to mb5b then by default his variant should get defaulted.

Our plant user are very poor in computers, that is the reason i am asking for this.

with input controls you can define different kind of filters. Also you can define, on which objects (tables, graphs, complete report) the filter acts.

 

Through the different kinds of input controls you can define "from - to" filter.
