Edit window issues in SAP 4.1 SP1
Hi All,
We have installed SAP 4.1 SP1 in our environment.
If I choose Design->Data Access->Edit to modify the query of the web Intelligence report the edit window pops up only after 3-5 mins .Also the screen does not freeze once I choose Edit due to this i tend to click edit multiple times.
Is this a bug in SAP 4.1 SP1? I had not faced any such issues in SAP 3.1 X1
Please help me in this regard.

What we are actuall trying to achieve here is the following:
- The consumer of the web service should be able to:
- Run the URL so that the XML-file contains the Data we want to pass on via the QaaWS
- This file should then be stored at the consumers site and they can use the data in the file as required
- This means that there should be no need for any authentication on the consumer side and they should via the URL get the XML -file with data directly
Not sure if this is possible via the QaaWS interface in Business Objects.

Can you share the screen shots for the same? Displaying assignment of the Co.Cd and Plant and CJ20n.
Also can you check if this error is being wrongly displayed because of some custom code/ development.
This kind of error is very straight forward and if the assignment is correct this should not come..

If there is any logic written while loading data from DSO to infocube then you have to add the same logic in the new update rules/transformations to have consistent data.
As I mentioned in my earlier response this is certainly high cost scenario for client.
The most cost effective solution would be to control the execution of chains else generalize the DSO activation step.

It is not an easy job to find out where is coming a performance issue.
In 18.1 the first occurence of SWWWIHEAD has very high I/O but it has been executed only 32 times.
It may be a job. Very probably you have too much entries on that table which is not normal or there is a bug in the program and it is now using the best path to access the data.
How Many entries you have in this table?
Did you check in Se11 that SWWWIHEAD has an index with CLIENT WI_TYPE WI_STAT WF_TYPE?
If not try to use DB05 to see what field should be enough to have a good index.
Can you confirm your DB and PI version?
Could you confirm the different indexes on that table?
A screenshot will be better.
Specially Index C as per note 881187.
Note 1024505 is talking about report RSWWCOND (background job SWWCOND).
Where you able to drill down the issue to that program?
The note is pretty old.
Are you familiar with STAD?
Can you run it just after the job ends?
Let s say the job finished at 11:06.
You run STAD on the user and program at 11:00 for 10mns

Re: EDI: Multiple reference to same purchase order item
The OSS note that you have given to me doesn't help me, because I will be in the same situation, now it's not working when I have WEBRE active and with the OSS note given will not work if I have WEBRE inactive.
The error is coming when the delivery note has 2 or more items referring to the same item of a sales order and after I have implemented the OSS note 1090663 the error "Document contains same order item more than once" is coming when I have the field WEBRE active (with flag) in the PO at item level.
Like a solution would be to not use this field anymore in the vendor master data or in the info record, the cases when this field (WEBRE) is active is hardly ever, but I suppose that exist another OSS note which includes also this case.
